Programs
We are a non-profit organization offering self-help courses and information on managing ME/CFS and fibromyalgia. Founded in 1998, we have conducted hundreds of self-help groups.
Leadership
The ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia Self-Help Program was developed by Bruce Campbell, Ph.D. assisted by Jan Wolski, a licensed occupational therapist. In 2016, program leadership was assumed by Kris Nichols and Margaret Walker as Co-Executive Directors. The program is staffed principally by volunteers.
