An ongoing group offering support and tools for creating and implementing a self-management plan. The course includes semi-monthly goal setting exercises plus two additional discussion topics every other month.

LYP members also have the option to participate in our Alumni Discussion Groups for FREE — no seperate registration required!

Cost & Registration
The first 3 months are free for new members — $30 / year thereafter. Reduced fees are available for people with low income.

Course Details

• Ongoing discussion group
• Groups consist of about 20 people each
• Led by trained peer volunteers and group members
• Includes access to the Alumni Discussion group discussions
