Welcome COVID-19 "long-haulers."

We invite you to explore the resources on this website and our second website Treating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia and also to join our classes and groups.

This site contains many articles on issues faced by people with Long Covid, such as brain fog, sensory sensitivity, debilitating fatigue and the intensification of symptoms triggered by overactivity. For the last, see the Pacing section and our Pacing Tutorial.

We especially recommend an article by Charles W. Lapp, a long-time ME/CFS specialist. The article discusses Long COVID as well as vaccine options for people with ME/CFS.

The Library section of the site contains material on other issues often faced by people with long-term medical issues, such as managing stress, and managing the psychological and emotional aspects of long-term illness.

The Library also contains a selection of success stories, basic information on ME/CFS and fibromyalgia, plus discussion of coping strategies, relationship issues, and treatment options. You will also find there links to our free online books and YouTube videos.

This site is managed by the ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia Self-Help Program. In addition to our websites, we offer low-cost and free self-help courses and groups. Our teaching on pacing has been recommended by doctors who are ME/CFS experts. We operate as a 501 (c)(3) non-profit and have been around since 1998. For more, see the About Us
